Who are we looking for?

We want to work exclusively with tutors who demonstrate a deep, secure understanding of their subject, alongside the ability to communicate it with clarity, precision, and confidence.

This will include tutors who:

  • Have strong academic backgrounds in their subject specialism

  • Understand the demands of the UK curriculum and examination boards

  • Can break down complex ideas into clear, structured explanations

  • Deliver lessons that are purposeful, engaging, and results-driven

  • Hold themselves to the highest professional standards
